Cancellation of Services

To cancel your hosting services, you must complete the form below. Submission of this cancellation notice will result in the removal of all web content, databases, email accounts, and any web applications and services attached to your account. It is your responsibility to remove and/or backup ALL content prior to your requested cancellation date. Failure to do so may result in the complete loss of all content and data on our servers.

NSwebcontrol will not be responsible for maintaining access to this content or for backing up any content after the date of cancellation. Prior to the cancellation date, you may transfer your content to another hosting service using FTP or other approved file transfer tools. NSwebcontrol will NOT transfer files or content for you. NSwebcontrol is not obligated to provide backup copies to you if you fail to copy, backup or transfer your content and files prior to the cancellation date.

If you are due a refund for hosting fees, NSwebcontrol will send a check to the address you list on the form below. The refund will be issued within 14 days of the date of cancellation. Refunds will not be issued until AFTER the date of cancellation.

Please be sure to include your complete address, phone number and email address. Incomplete information may delay processing your request and/or refund, if applicable.
